The parts with five-year quality assurance are: headrests, chair backs, sponges,armrests, chair seats, chassis, gas rods, chair feet and chair wheels:

The parts with one-year quality assurance are: mesh,fabrics, surface treatment of metal parts;

2. Office desks, filing cabinets, and training chairs provide one-year metal parts surface quality assurance, and other parts provide three-year quality assurance. 3. The product quality assurance period starts from the date of receipt by the customer;

4. The product quality assurance does not include use under abnormal conditions (human, external force, disaster, etc.);

5. Customized products, designated non-standard fabrics, and designated non-standard packaging are not covered by this quality assurance;

6. If the product is damaged due to non-natural use or exceeds the warranty period and needs to be repaired, the fee will be charged according to the actual damage of the

product, and the freight will be borne by the customer;
